I recently upgrade from vSphere ESXi 6.0 to 6.5 (Version 6.5.0.13000 Build 8024368, Dell Branded for VRTX PowerEdge M630) and immediately began having issues with my mouse while in a VM's Remote Console through the vSphere Web Client. I found a support article that said this was a known issue with 6.5's Web Client and the recommended fix was to upgrade VM Tools on all VMs to the latest version (currently 10287). I did this (and rebooted them), which fixed this problem on most of them, however I still have several VMs that I cannot use my mouse effectively on.
